Update on availability for the remaining homes

 
It’s hard to believe that Blackrock Homes is near the completion of another subdivision. Since opening our doors here in July 2022, we’ve welcomed nearly 80 homeowners to this fabulous 91-home neighborhood in central Meridian. As a builder representative, It’s exciting to see how this neighborhood has thrived, with homeowners actively making it a community and a wonderful place to call home. 
 
There are 12 homes remaining, all at various stages of construction in the south/southwest corner of the neighborhood. Specifically, there are:
 
~ 5 single level paired homes (townhomes)
~ 1 single level stand alone home
~ 6 two-story homes

There’s quite a bit of interest in these last homes, and Blackrock is making efforts to accommodate all buyers as equitably as possible. Generally, Quick Move-In homes are priced at completion and listed on MLS. However, to accommodate buyers and buyers’ financing timelines, Blackrock is putting a new practice into place at Edington. 
 
Homes will be available to purchase at the “cabinet stage”. For any interested party inquiry, pricing will be determined at this time, which is generally 30 days from completion. It is the buyer’s/buyer agent’s responsibility to reach out to Will via email at willd@blackrockhomes.com to make this price request. Be sure to include the address and/or lot and block in the email.
 
In the event that a home is finished before it is purchased, the listing will be uploaded on MLS as usual.
