Springtime is right around the corner and in preparation for those warmer temperatures, the development team is enhancing the common area spaces in East Ridge Village. At the top of the list was the arrival of furniture for the pavilion area.

A wonderful assortment of picnic tables, benches and a grill were recently arranged in the pavilion, and can easily accommodate any small to medium-sized gathering. These premium-grade sitting/dining areas are mobile, so that the picnic tables can be arranged in multiple configurations, depending on event or guest needs. Three new benches encircle the pavilion space and complement the original benches in the nearby dog park.

Additional fresh touches include new plant material in several areas and new ground cover in the common area beds. With the arrival of irrigation water, the beloved water feature is bubbling again with its delightful sounds for another season.

We’re excited to gather at the pavilion in new ways! To kick-off summer, we’re hosting a special event at the pavilion on May 30 for all East Ridge Village homeowners and their guests with a potluck dinner and oversized yard games.
