If you crave the idea of touring homes on your own, we invite you to stop by East Ridge Village to tour a variety of single level homes, from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily. Within this gated community, you will see thoughtful floor plans with beautifully appointed details like Thermador® gas ranges, custom cabinetry, designer lighting and abundant trimwork/built-ins and no wasted space. 

You can either schedule your tour beforehand or simply on-demand in front of the home. Here’s a quick overview of both options:

Schedule your private tour in advance:

• Create an account by scanning your driver’s license
• Choose the model and date/time you’d like to tour
• At the selected time, a 4-digit code will be sent to your phone, enter that code on the keypad and the door will open

At the property (on demand):

• Scan the QR code
• Create an account by scanning your driver’s license
• Enter the property i.d. you’d like to tour
• A 4-digit code will immediately be sent to your phone; at the front door, enter that code on the keypad and the door will open

As always, we are here to serve you personally with open house hours 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday by appointment).
