 We first visited Blackrock’s Edington neighborhood with our realtor, & the townhome on which we closed checked all of our “boxes”–it is new, beautiful interior, perfect 2 BR, 2 BA size for us, centrally located & constructed by a reputable builder. Dave Klein represented Blackrock in our “walk through”  & we were impressed–very nice guy, informative, patient & helpful. We’re delighted to own our new townhome in Edington.

After looking at a number of builders in and around Eagle/Meridian we bought at Estrada. First and foremost, the quality of construction and design stands out. The finish work is about as close to flawless as you can get. The kitchen with its custom cabinets, high end appliances, and striking quartz and multi-dimensional backsplash had us ready to sign. Estrada’s location is hard to beat – it’s central to everything in Eagle. 

We were looking to purchase a home in Eagle ID for seasonal use. We went to an open house and really liked the design of the homes in Estrada. We’ve been in our beautiful home for a week now and really love it, the finishes and the neighborhood. I just love the Yuma model in the Edington development! The floor plan is so open and airy, I just love it! The location is amazing!
